These terms describe use of Evolve MindMapper at evolvemindmapper.com, operated by Heymann Institute in the United States. For service questions, contact admin@heymanninstitute.com.

Using the service

Evolve MindMapper provides a browser-based mind map editor and an account workspace. An account and sign-in are required to use them. Use the service lawfully and only access accounts, files and content you are entitled to use. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with other users, or disrupt the service.

Your account

Keep your sign-in information secure and use an email address you control. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized account use. Signing in does not automatically move your local maps into your account; copying a map to your account is a separate choice.

Your maps and files

You retain ownership of your map content. You are responsible for having permission to use imported material. When you choose account storage, you permit the processing, storage and transmission needed to keep your account maps available and provide the editing and recovery features you use.

Keep separate saved files for important work. Local browser storage can be cleared or become unavailable. Account access requires a working online sign-in, and synchronization can be interrupted. Import and export support does not guarantee that every feature of another mind mapping application will be preserved.

Availability and changes

Features can change and the service can be interrupted or withdrawn. Uninterrupted access and preservation of every edit are not guaranteed. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Privacy and ending use

The privacy notice and cookies and storage notice explain what the app handles. You can stop using the service at any time. Signing out or clearing browser data does not delete account copies. For account information or a deletion request, contact admin@heymanninstitute.com.
